refusing to acidify our bodies with alcohol, refined sugars and processed seeds oil - hence allowing space for our bodies to heal themselves by clearing unnecessary clutter, drinking fresh spring water, cooking and eating together from the land, giving thanks

 

- live with intention -

setting time for prayers - bringing offerings to rivers and ocean - seasonal rituals - unhindered presence

 

- share our voices -

listening intently, sharing our voices and experiences for everyone to learn from - in radical honesty - holding each other unconditionally, in grief and in joy - learning to gracefully navigate the full spectrum of humanness
